He is successful because of his nearly 40 years of experience in actuarial consulting. His expertise spans capital management, benefit design, and insurance optimization.  Previously, Joel held executive positions at Canada’s largest life insurance brokerage, a top 5 accounting firm, and a leading actuarial and risk management firm.  An Associate of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries, Joel has received their Award of Honour and is a licensed life insurance agent.  When not serving clients, he enjoys technology, cycling, and cutting-edge contemporary art. ![Luis Dizon](https://www.differentiatedsolutions.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Luis-1.png?width=890&height=1000&name=Luis-1.png) Associate Principal ## Luis Dizon Luis has extensive work experience in the actuarial field, including insurance and reinsurance companies and brokerages and consulting firms. In his actuarial career, Luis has developed an affinity for actuarial modeling that has been applied to creating tailored solutions. Luis believes finding tailored solutions is the best approach to solving problems because "one size does not fit everyone." Luis is a Fellow of both the Society of Actuaries and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, and a licensed life insurance agent.
